• TOM HADDON  |  Lead pastor :

For 21 years I was the controller of an explosives company in Nashville, Tennessee, but I finally answered the call of God to help plant a church. That call became a reality several years ago with the start of NorthField Church. What I love most about my job is seeing God change lives through His power and the power of community. Loving God, loving people and making Jesus known in not only the vision of our church family but it has become a mantra I strive to live by. In my spare time you're likely to see me running on the side of the road, hiking up...or skiing down a mountain! God has blessed me with my beautiful wife Lynda, a daughter Alena, a son Aaron, his wife Kristin, and the light of our family, our grandson Eli! If you get a chance, stop by the gray building with the green stripe on any Sunday! I would love to meet you!

  • Trent Forrest  |  Student Pastor

I LOVE MY CHURCH. Our mission of loving God, loving people and making Jesus known in our community inspires me on a weekly basis. I have the privilege of accomplishing our mission through our student ministry. I love watching students own their faith and become followers of Jesus. My ideal day would include, but not be limited to, the following, in no particular order: sleeping in, a big breakfast that MUST include biscuits and gravy, Netflix, hanging out with my wife Haley and my son Jack, watching all the sports(Predators, Vols, Titans) and tacos. The best days always include tacos.

  • Haley Forrest |  Children's pastor

It's a great privilege to work with families in raising the next generation because my family is a part of it too. I love seeing moments when things click and kids make connections that last forever. If I'm not running around the church building, it's likely you will see my family on Instagram trying something new, eating Mexican food, crafting or at home relaxing. Make sure to stop by NF Kids on a Sunday and say ‘hi’. I would love to get the opportunity to meet you!

  • Anna freeman | children's pastor

The thing that I love the most about my job is the people. Getting to spend time with kiddos and their parents is one of my favorite things, and I absolutely cannot believe that it is my job!! I truly believe that to love parents well, it starts will loving their children well.
If I am not at NorthField, I am probably spending time with family, reading a book, or enjoying a big iced chai at Stomping Grounds!

  • Dan cooke  Small groups / discipleship

Life really is better with others! That’s why I love working with the LIFE Groups at NorthField because I enjoy helping people connect to one another and grow in their faith. When I’m not doing that, you can find me hanging out with my puppy or listening to live music.

  • Corey callis  |  technical  /  Creative director

There is nothing I would rather do than work with one of the best church production teams in the world and that’s exactly what I get to do. I love creating moments on Sundays and special events that allow people to engage in worship from the heart and encounter Jesus. If I am not at NorthField, you can find me in the recording studio engineering/producing/writing music, sound designing and producing shows, or hanging out at the pool with family and friends.

  • Lisa dotson  business administrator

I am blessed to work behind the scenes during the week with some of the best people around! My daily goal is to ensure that the church business operations are functioning as efficiently as possible so that our mission to Love God, Love People and Make Jesus Known can make the greatest impact in this community. On Sundays, you will find me serving on the NF Host Team welcoming our guests. I also love cheering on my kids in their activities and relaxing at the beach with a good book whenever I get a chance.

  • katie burgbacher  |  events / ministry support

I love events and being able to plan them in my church home is a dream come true. I get to create events that bring our church family and the community together through God’s love. NorthField events are not possible without a team of amazing volunteers, and I would love to talk with you about how you can be a part of it.When I am not at NorthField, I am with my husband Andy watching our daughter Lyla dance, our son Lane playing a sport or chasing our toddler Lorelei. I am a native Floridian so my happy place is the beach or Disney!

  • melissa lancaster  worship leader

Music is my passion! I love using music and video, and any other art form, to create worship for the source of all life – our creative King. My favorite scripture is Psalm 37:4 “delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.” In my life this has been so true. When I am delighted in God, and what His plans are for my life, all of my “dreams” have come true. I have been serving in the role of worship minister at NorthField since 2011. I can’t think of a better church to serve at. It is truly my family. I also own Durant Studios where I create commercials, independent films, TV shows and music videos.

  • greg underwood  director of building operations

My goal is to create a comfortable environment that enables each and every person to make the most of their worship experience. I enjoy taking an idea or drawing and bringing materials together so that our ministries can utilize their spaces to show the love of God to others. My other interests include boating, riding my motorcycle and guiltlessly spoiling my grandchildren with candy and ice cream!

  • caleb seale  |  production / Ministry support

Being a part of the Production Team and assisting with the ministries of a growing community dedicated to loving God, loving people and making Jesus known has been a tremendous blessing in my spiritual and professional life! I get to utilize my time and energy maintaining and improving our a/v systems for all ministries and events. Along with technical work, I have a joy and passion in creating music, watching my favorite sports teams (Roll Tide, Go Heels, Go Grizz, Bolt Up), and reading biographical and non-fiction books.
