OUR 2021 Easter egg HUNT

We could not do what we do without YOU! Thanks for making our Easter Egg Hunt & More super special. Over 100 volunteers signed up to serve. We have over 24,000 eggs filled. Our ponies & train are confirmed... it's going to be an amazing event!


Just a reminder we ask that you check-in at your serving location on Saturday 15 minutes prior to your serve time. Below, you will find a map and pictures of our area leads. The NorthField Information booth will also be available to help with any questions you might have. 


We have a fun show planned in the auditorium and a plan. If it's not too muddy/lightening/thundering we will still have our Egg Hunt outside - So dress for the weather and we will see you at your designated time!

- We do ask for all volunteers who are serving at the event to please wear a green NorthField T-Shirt and a mask. We hope this will be a great way for our guests to pick you out of the crowd... If you don't have a NorthField shirt we will have several at our NF Information Table on the day of the event. 


- If for some reason you cannot be with us on the day of the event, please don't hesitate to email Haley@northfieldchurch.net  You will be missed, but we know things will and do come up! If you need to change times that you serve, please email me as soon as you can so we can make necessary changes.


Thanks again for being a part of such a wonderful event! Remember, if you see someone you don't know please don't hesitate to introduce yourself... this is what our event Saturday is all about! It's about being FOR our community! Plus, we'd love to get an opportunity to invite them to our Easter weekend the following week.

  • AUCTION HOST

    KATIE BURGBACHER

    (and her sidekick Amy Covington) is your area lead. In this area you will help people bid on Easter baskets and answer questions about donations for our mission trip and camps.

  • EASTER JAM

    SAVANNAH ROGERS

    is your area lead. In this area you will help assist with line control and directing people inside the auditorium for a great show!

  • EGG SPREADERS

    TRENT FORREST (and his sidekick Alena Haddon)

    is who you will be looking for! This job will consist of tossing out eggs and maintaining crowd control until the hunt begins!

  • FOOD TRUCK GREETER

    LISA DOTSON

    is your area lead. She will be located at the NF Info Booth. This job will include cleaning and helping people feel welcomed!

  • TRAIN RIDE

    RYAN ALCOTT

    is who you will be looking for. This job will consist of reminding people to wash their hands and making them feel welcomed as they wait for they ride!

  • PHOTO BOOTH HOSTS

    LINDSEY MATLOCK

    is your area lead. This host will assist with line control & greeting as people wait for the Easter Bunny!

  • PHOTOGRAPHERS

    Haley Forrest

    is who you will be looking for. Do you have a good camera? Do you love taking photos? This job is perfect for YOU! You will be taking photos.

  • PONY RIDE GREETER

    JOSH WOODLIEF

    is your area lead. This job will include line control & greeting as people wait for a pony ride!

  • SCAVENGER HUNT HOST

    LISA DOTSON

    is your area lead. She will be located at the NF Info Booth. This job will encourage families to find all the pieces in our 2021 scavenger hunt.
